What You Need

Before You Start

A Confirmed Email Address

Each withdrawal is approved by a link we email you, so your email address has to be confirmed first.

Your Own USDT Address

On the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), from your exchange or wallet app. It starts with 0x.

Money in Your Balance

Only your balance can be withdrawn. Profit gets there when you take it with Take Profit (TP).

Seven Steps

Step by Step

The pictures use $50 as an example. Your own screens show your own amounts, and the live minimum where these show a grey bar.

1Step 1 of 7

Take Your Profit to Your Balance

On Activate, your profit builds up under Earning Now. Once it reaches the minimum shown there, tap Take Profit (TP): it moves into your balance.

  1. 1Your profit so far, counting up.
  2. 2Take Profit (TP).

Open Withdraw

Tap Withdraw in the bar at the bottom. Available to Withdraw is the most you can send right now.

  1. 1Withdraw, in the bottom bar.
  2. 2What you can withdraw.
See Confirm Your Email First instead? Tap Send Confirmation Link, open the email we send, and the page unlocks by itself.

Copy Your Own USDT Address

Your payout goes to an address you own. In your exchange or wallet app, open Deposit (or Receive), choose USDT, then the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network, and copy the address. It starts with 0x.

  1. 1The coin: USDT.
  2. 2The network: BNB Smart Chain, which your app may call BEP20 or BSC.
  3. 3Copy your address.
Choose the network before you copy. An address picked on another network can look exactly the same, and a payout sent to it is lost.

Enter the Amount and Paste Your Address

Back on Withdraw, type the amount and paste your address into Your BEP20 Wallet Address. You Receive shows what arrives: nothing is deducted. Then tap Continue.

  1. 1The amount. The minimum is written under the box.
  2. 2Paste your own address. Never type it.
  3. 3What arrives, and whether it goes out automatically or after our team reviews it.
  4. 4Continue.
Button says Request Withdrawal instead of Continue? Email confirmation is switched off: your request is placed as soon as you tap it, and steps 5 and 6 are skipped.

Open the Email and Click the Link

We email you a link straight away. Open it, check that the address in the email is your own wallet, and click the link within an hour. Nothing leaves your balance until you do.

  1. 1Check this is your own address.
  2. 2Click the link to confirm.
No email? Look in Spam or Promotions. After you tap Continue, the Withdraw page shows the address it went to.
Did not ask for it? Do not click the link. Change your password straight away, because someone may have access to your account.

See It Confirmed

The link opens Confirm Withdrawal. Confirmed means your part is done: the amount has left your balance and the payout is queued to be sent. We email you again when it goes out.

  1. 1Confirmed.
  2. 2Your reference, what you receive, and where it goes.

  1. 1Not confirmed yet: you can still Cancel.
  2. 2Confirmed and waiting to be sent.
  3. 3Paid, with its transaction.

What Each Status Means

  1. Awaiting email

Waiting for you to click the link in the email. Nothing has left your balance, and you can still Cancel.

  2. Queued

Confirmed: the amount has left your balance. Depending on the amount, it is sent automatically or reviewed by our team first.

  3. Sending

    Being sent on the network.

  4. Sent

On the network, waiting for its confirmations.

  5. Paid

In your wallet. View Transaction shows it on the block explorer.

  6. Rejected

Not sent. The amount went back to your balance, and the reason is shown on the request.

  7. Failed

It could not be sent. The amount is back in your balance.

  8. Cancelled

Never confirmed: cancelled, or the link ran out. Nothing left your balance.

Avoid These Mistakes

An Address on Another Network

A TRON (TRC20) address, or an exchange address copied on another network: the payout is lost.

A Typo in the Address

Copy and paste it, never type it. A payout that has been sent cannot be recalled by anyone.

An Unconfirmed Email

Withdraw stays locked until your email address is confirmed. The page offers the link.

A Link Left Too Long

The email link expires after an hour. Nothing has left your balance: just start again.

Questions

If You Are Wondering

Is there a fee?

No. What you ask for is what arrives: one USDT for each dollar.

How long does it take?

Once you confirm, it is queued. Depending on the amount it is sent automatically or reviewed by our team first, and we email you when it has been sent.

What is the smallest amount I can withdraw?

It is written under the amount box on Withdraw.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Before you click the email link, yes: tap Cancel on it under Your Withdrawals, or simply let the link expire. Once it is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

What happens if it is rejected?

The amount goes back to your balance, and the reason is shown on the request.

I did not get the email.

Look in Spam and Promotions, and check the address the Withdraw page says it went to. Still nothing? Cancel the request under Your Withdrawals and open Support from the app.
